Born and raised in the Upper Peninsula, Jazmin has been an entrepreneur and creative problem solver from a young age. When most kids were building lemonade stands, she started her own Live Bait Shop providing night crawlers, minnows, and leaches to all the local fisherman.
Her unique approach of identifying opportunities and then using her imagination to create eye-catching signs eventually lead her on a path of becoming a website graphic designer later on in life. She began building out websites for friends in need of a digital presence which quickly evolved into developing robust ecosystems comprised of digital assets and systems needed to help drive revenue growth for her business clients.
As her skillset and the complexity of the projects grew, so did her need of finding a more comprehensive software. She ultimately discovered a company called HighLevel that advertised an "All-In-One" Sales and Marketing Platform that turned out to be much more.
Today, Jazmin is the Co-Founder of RevForce, a Digital Transformation Agency. She is experienced in helping small and medium-sized businesses scale their businesses through systems and automation to six and others to seven figures allowing them to compete in the digital economy.
Her ability to get results by leveraging the HighLevel platform, allotted her the opportunity to recently be speaker at the HighLevel SaaSpreneur Event in Dallas, TX. She along with her husband Mike were also asked to be guest speakers on the company's "Lunch n' Series" podcast series because they have successfully mentored a team of 10 people to become Certified Admins within the HighLevel Ecosystem.
Michael was born and raised in Chicago. His father owned a construction company which he began working at by the time he was 15 years old. His father taught him the value of working hard but also stressed the importance of pursuing higher education.
That advice eventually lead to enrolling at Northern Michigan University which is where he met Jazmin. After graduation, he worked in a variety of Sales and Business Development based professions. From selling advertising for a television station, to Corporate Leadership Development programs and ultimately selling IBM Enterprise-Level IT and Cybersecurity Solutions for a Marquette based IT firm.
While working those jobs he found his passion in copywriting and search engine optimization and began helping Jazmin by writing sales copy for websites, e-commerce stores, email marketing campaigns, and social media ads for her business clients. However as the projects become more challenging largely due to the software being used, they both set out to benchmark industry leading software publishers who developed more "All in One" platform solutions.
After discovery HighLevel, Mike began focusing on learning the platform and realized the ease of use can be something anyone who wants to learn it, can learn it.Through the help of some inner circle associates, he recruited 10 people and help mentor and train them to eventually obtain the industry recognized certification status of "Certified HighLevel Admin."
Working alongside Jazmin, Mike's primary role within RevForce is in connecting with small business owners, learning about their challenges and then matching them with a specialized RevForce Operator that will help deploy the right technical solution.
